Babb Inc is the largest privately owned commercial insurance agency and TPA in Pittsburgh. We have offices in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Fort Myers, Florida. Our construction expertise is strong in all three of these locations. We can give you the following:

• An activist approach. Babb provides personal agenda based visits every 100 days to review your account and to get updates to avoid large audits. We visit our clients at least four times per year.
• We have 130 carriers relationships via a direct contract or brokerage arrangement. In short, we have the tools to do the research work for construction contractors.
• We will personally aid in doing a modification review for workers compensation. See “Sample Electric modification and forecast meeting” tab as an example of our work.
• We will personally meet with you and assist with job forecasting and insurance related cost.
• Babb has its own loss engineer personnel who specialize in construction risks
• We offer suggestions, improvements, and boutique service. This website is continuously updated to bring the most current information relating to the construction industry.
• If you want a broker who understands construction based accounts – consider our firm. We have access to the major carriers, but the personalized and boutique based service that many insurance buyers simply don’t receive from large publically traded agencies.
• Babb has its own dedicated claim personnel to personal guide our clients through the claim process. Babb is not a call 1-800-carrier type agency.
• Babb can provide assistance and guidance in producing employee handbooks for the construction industry.
